Offerings
In-Person Sessions are offered in Williamsburg in Brooklyn (NYC), 8 minutes on foot from Lorimer L/JMZ or Metropolitan/Broadway G stops(exact address is provided upon booking).
Remote Sessions are available via Zoom, Google Meet, or Phone. Connecting by phone is recommended for Remote Reiki Sessions.
HERBAL CONSULTATIONS
Full Consult: 1h 30m - 1h 45m Remote or In-Person Consultation (6-8 week full protocol)
Recommended for those ready for a deeper health journey incorporating personalized herbal formulas and lifestyle changes in impactful ways. We will discuss your overall health, including any specific difficulties you are experiencing, short-term and long-term health goals, mental and emotional state, current lifestyle, and food intake. Health goals can range anywhere from “I want to build healthier habits and feel better in my body,” to “I’m struggling with PMS,” to “I feel unsafe in my body, which leads to unhealthy food habits.”
Clients will receive a full personalized protocol (usually for a 6-8 week period) that includes:
- 1-3 personalized herbal formula recommendations
- Food and supplement recommendations with recipes
- Lifestyle recommendations
- Optional flower essence recommendations for those seeking to work with energetic medicine
Mini Consult: 40m Remote or In-Person Consultations (6 week light protocol)
Recommended for herb-curious clients looking to understand their bodies in more depth and explore herbs, but not quite ready for a full protocol.
We will go over one main health goal and cover any major relevant past + current symptoms, as well as get a general sense of your lifestyle and food intake. Clients will receive a mini protocol that includes:
- 1 personalized formula recommendation
- Simple food and lifestyle recommendations

*The time it takes to see results can vary. Since we work with gentle holistic and habit-based remedies, it’s important to remember that this approach interacts with the body differently than pharmaceutical medicine. For most specific health goals, noticeable shifts typically occur over 3–6 months. Depending on the type of changes you’re seeking, 2 or more follow-up sessions are recommended. REIKI SESSIONS

What is Reiki?
A gentle, non-invasive therapy recommended for relaxation, clearing psychological, emotional, and physical stagnation, restoring energy, and enhancing a sense of alignment with oneself. The practitioner acts as a conduit for reiki energy (also referred to as universal life force, but you can think of it as a type of benevolent qi/energy) and uses their hands to gently allow it to flow through the client’s body. Reiki is generally not recommended for acute crises but can be profoundly supportive for ongoing healing journeys.
What to expect during a session?
Sessions begin with a brief check-in, during which clients are welcome to share any specific concerns they are working with. Reiki typically involves very light touch (laying of hands on body in different positions) but clients can request sessions without touch as desired. For In-Person Sessions, clients will lie down on a massage table with an optional blanket, bolster, and eye mask. For Remote Sessions, clients will need a comfortable and quiet place in your home to lie down where you will be undisturbed for the duration of the session. Because Reiki promotes deep relaxation, it’s recommended to schedule your session on a day with few or no engagements afterward, which will allow the energy to fully integrate and provide the best results.

What does reiki help with?
Reiki can support general fatigue, anxiety, or stress, and serve as a gentle, non-invasive aid during periods of recovery, convalescence, or long-term medical treatment. It is also a powerful tool for deeper growth on your health journey—for example, when experiencing stagnation around long-standing issues, struggling to process or integrate life events, feeling disconnected from oneself or one’s body, feeling disempowered over one’s personal narrative, or having difficulty feeling at home in the body.
